What the contact form collects, what the server records, and nothing beyond that.
Who is responsible
The controller of personal data on this site is aurevianafil, reachable at hello@aurevianafil.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us. The contact form asks for a name, an email address, a subject and a message, plus your consent. If you write to us by email instead, we hold that message and the address it came from.
Why, and on what basis
We use these data to read your message, to answer it, and to correct entries when you tell us something is wrong. The legal basis is your consent, given when you send the message, and our legitimate interest in maintaining an accurate guide. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept while the matter is open and for up to twenty-four months afterwards, then deleted. Corrections that change an entry are recorded without the personal details of the sender.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical data for each request, including an abbreviated IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser identifier. These logs exist for security and error diagnosis and are kept for a short period.
No tracking
This site runs no analytics, no tracking scripts, no advertising pixels, no social plug-ins and no third-party cookies. Cookies are used only where strictly necessary for the site to work. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from that provider.
Hosting and processors
Data are stored with our hosting provider and our email provider, each acting as a processor under contract. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone else.
Transfers
Where a processor operates outside your country, transfers are made on the basis of standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, for correction, for deletion, for restriction of processing, for a portable copy, and you may object to processing. Write to hello@aurevianafil.com and we will answer within one month. You may also complain to the supervisory authority for data protection where you live.
